SPSE Project

This SPSE project aims to design and develop a Predictive System for the Management and Control of User Safety during large public events, featuring innovative hardware and software components that are adaptable and scalable to various scenarios. SPSE will include a combination of technologies for crowd-flow management, intelligent video surveillance, intermodal communication, automated warning generation, as well as other technologies integrated with IoT sensors. Predictive algorithms and machine-learning (AI) techniques will drive the design and development of the DSS (Decision Support System), which will support event managers by automatically determining and suggesting, in real time, the best procedures to activate in case of critical situations.
